South Ayrshire

Commercial fire alarm in very busy and popular hotel and bar.  The works consist of installation of new, modification of orginal and new additional point & sounders to bring this properties fire alarm system up to current standards.

North Ayrshire

We are just about to undertake a full commercial kitchen refurbishment installation in a very busy sucsessfull commercial food premises for a regular national high street store.  Our work includes a ful rip out of the kitchen and relay and installation of new appliances and commercial catering furniture. There is also the installation of lighting, kitchen extractor fan canopy and full extraction, shelfing, counter tops, serving areas etc. All our staff will be on site to do the full installation in one 15 hour turnaround leaving the premises ready for business the next day meaning downtime for our client is at a minimum and that the works is.     

National

We are currently involved in a national project installing PV solar panels all over the country. We are installing on minimum 3 new (<4Kw) installations a day. Our roofers and electricians are working very closely and on a strict timescale and travel route.

Bathgate, Edinburgh.

We are currently undergoing installation of a large commercial MOT garage for a regular client, the works involves internal/external CCTV, 3 phase distrabution, sub mains, additional 16way distrabution boards, pit lighting all installed on 225mm cable tray.

Inverness

Currently  involved in alteration and rewire of bungallow property in Inverness.

Troon, Ayrshire.

Undertaking rewire of large domestic property in Troon, Ayrshire, This rewire and addition of additional sockets and lights including, phone, sky+, 5amp sockets, garage and all plastering to be included. Job starting September 2011.

Prestwick, Ayrshire.

We are currently main contractor for upgrading 3 story victorian town house, we are undertaking major electrical improvements  throught the property and we are also undertaking the installation of three new bathroom/shower rooms and installation of a new fuly fitted intergrated kitchen.

Edinburgh

We are currently undertaken works of compleate workshop garage installation. This including data, phone, 3 phase lifting ramps, 3 phase outlets, pit lighting, low bay lighting, outside lighting, full CCTV internal and external, office & welfare power & lighting etc.

Cumnock, Ayrshire

Installation of security lighting throught a commercal premises. This was to deter intruders and also making the property better access for staff in hours of darkness. The conserns and correctly lighting for the task without the overspill of exessive lighting into the domestic neibouring properies had to be considdered with designing and installing new lighting.

Girvan, Ayrshire

The rewire and new installation of Girvan's newest fast food take away and mobiliy store. Full property rewire insluding emergency lighting, fryers, extractor fan system and power distrabution. We would like to wish both these new businesses all be best success.  

Letting Agents

We are currently involved as suppliers of services for many of Ayrshire and Glasgow’s letting and property maintained agents. To name one, we are sole electrical contractors and we also offer a full time handyman/maintance as well as electrical contracting. We are pleased to be associated with this market and enjoy working to tight budgets for landlords and clients and normally within tight timescales.

Isle of Arran

Current large rewire for letting cottage, in Isle of Arran, currently involves SMART home with fully automated intelligence home. Also includes TV points, phone point, wall mounted LCD in all rooms, internet network, radiator electric boiler (both plumbing and electrics), electric underfllor heating, internal ocupancy automatic lighting (no light switches) and 100% fully super LED low energy lighting throught full inside and out of property. We are also using new technology to alter/amend several heating zones and outside lighting times remotly from anywhere in the world. 

Domestic rewire

Currently involved in domestic rewire in KA6 Ayr, involving large 5 bedroom property. Also large installation of decorative lighting within gardens grounds of property.

Renewable energy

We are currently thrilled to be involved in 500 hours a month involving a renewable energy in wind turbines. We are delighted to work alongside our client and we are enjoying the challenges and hopefully the doors it will open for us as a company.

Insurance works

Power Plus Electrical.co.uk are suppliers to a many insurance suppliers and we offer a 24hour repair service in Electrical, plumbing and general maintance for all domestic and commercial properties. We offer a fast turn-a-round on calls received and a very high customer satisfaction.

Renovation works

We regularly work with a property renovation company that completely transforms domestic properties that need upgrading and transforms them fit for resell market.

Cafes/ Restaurants/shops

We currently work regularly with many local shops, cafes and restaurants within the Ayrshire area. We have many many repeat works from commercial customers. We also can mirror this statement for a few large industrial clients.

IT computer repair clients

We work very closely with two IT consultants, one in Ayr and another in East Glasgow; we do many new network installs, PC linking, wireless transmitters additional electrical sockets and many others. We would recommend both these companies and have worked with these clients for a long period of time.

Handyman services

We currently employ a full time handy man for all property repairs both large and small.

 We can offer plumbing, kitchen fitter, plastering, joinery, gas safe work or tests, roofer,  tiller, gardener, locksmith and all others trades needs for any type of repair.
